We update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time. Our best efforts have been implemented to ensure that all the information on our site is accurate. We do reserve the right to correct any and all errors on our website, including pricing errors.
We may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. At anytime merchandise on our site may not be available and we are under no obligation to restock any product.
Please note that our prices are subject to change without notice and at no time are price negotiations acceptable.

After placing your order with us you will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours confirming that we have received your order. At that time an estimated delivery date will be provided. Orders placed after noon on Friday will be transacted on the following Monday.
If the product is in stock at the time of your order, you order will ship within 3-7 working days. Some products are made to order and can take up to 3 weeks. Please keep in mind that we will always do our best to have your order ready to ship within a timely matter, however, from time to time it is possible that orders can take longer then anticipated. Please note that all order status and or updates will be sent via email.
Any order may be canceled by contacting us via email stating your intention to cancel your order. All cancellation must be completed within 48 hours beginning from the moment you received your order confirmation email.
We ship items using FedEx for domestic and international to insure your order is delivered to you promptly and safely. Fulfillment of sales are subject to successful payment authorization, and availability of products.
Please understand that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, any dates provided for delivery are intended to be an estimate. Please note that we are under no liability for any delay or failure to delivery if the circumstances are beyond our control (e.g. custom clearances).
All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.
Please note that you are responsible for paying taxes and tariffs on the declared value of international orders. If the taxes and tariff payments are not paid and the package is forfeited at customs, then you will be responsible for all cost.

Please understand merchandise may, at our discretion, be returned to us for a credit within 7 working days beginning from the moment on which you receive your product for store credit only.
All Sale Items are final Sale.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining your request to return the product. Please be advised that if the returned its been approved there is a 30% restocking fee after the product is received.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE TO US OTHERWISE THAN IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR RETURNS POLICY
When returning approved merchandise we recommend shipping in a matter in which merchandise can be traced. Please understand that we will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.
