How to Measure Your Wrist
Step 1 – Use a Measuring Tape
Wrap a flexible measuring tape snugly around your wrist just below the wrist bone (where you’d normally wear your bracelet). Take note of the measurement in inches or centimeters.
Step 2 – Use a String or Paper Strip
If you don’t have a measuring tape, wrap a piece of string or a thin strip of paper around your wrist, mark where it overlaps.
Step 3 – Measure the Length with a Ruler
Lay the marked string or paper strip flat and use a ruler to measure the length from the starting point to your mark. This number is your wrist size.
