How to Measure Your Wrist

Use a Measuring Tape

Wrap a flexible measuring tape snugly around your wrist just below the wrist bone (where you’d normally wear your bracelet). Take note of the measurement in inches or centimeters.

Use a String or Paper Strip

If you don’t have a measuring tape, wrap a piece of string or a thin strip of paper around your wrist, mark where it overlaps, then measure the length with a ruler.
